I was born here and lived here on and off. Yuba City and Marysville, the town across from it have become rampid with theft (all kinds from your car potted plants from your porch), random car damage (someone seems to really hate expensive cars in Marysville), horrible drivers (major accidents every day), horrible traffic, and drugs and homeless galore. It's not even affordable to live in anymore because landlords are jacking up rent prices to cater to those who moved in from Sacramento or lost their houses in all the recent fires. The whole state is falling to pieces and constant tax increase make it hard for anyone but the rich to live here. What happens here is happening all over California so either get out while you can or stay far away.
